4. Ordering

a) You may order products from the Web Site by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure.

b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

5. The Price and Payment

a) The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order - unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.

c) Payment is made by credit card at the time we accept your order. (The credit cards we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card. Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods.

6. Delivery

a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

c) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

d) Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importation of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. We will not be liable for any loss which may have resulted from importation restrictions being in place

7. Cancellations

a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.

b) If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.

c) You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened a product container or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

8. General

a) The products advertised in the Web Site are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Free Standard Delivery for orders over £50.00

For orders below £50.00, there is a delivery charge of £1.95.

International Delivery

Regular mail 8 - 10 business days anywhere in the world.

£2.49 for the first item, add £0.50 per each additional item.

Please Note: Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Bodytox will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Bodytox will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Bodytox will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Bodytox will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge excluding customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.

Please allow extra time for orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays. Please allow at least 14 days for a delivery to arrive.

How do I add to my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted we cannot edit the quantity. Please place another order.

How do I combine two orders?
Unfortunately orders cannot be combined at this time. All orders will be shipped individually.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 2-5 days from your initial order date. If your order does not arrive within 14 days, there may be a problem due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing address. 

Who will deliver my package?
Orders will be delivered via the most efficient shipping method available which may include Royal Mail and a courier service.

Can the website give me an estimated date of arrival ETA on out of stock items?
Exact dates are not available currently.

How can I track my order?
If your order is sent by courier you will be sent a tracking number and instruction on how to track it. If your order has been dispatched by Royal Mail (and this will be stated on your dispatch confirmation email), your order cannot be tracked. Please allow 5 working days (10 working days for International Customers) before contacting us.

I haven't received my order - what happens next?

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. Our customer satisfaction guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.  In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify Bodytox in writing or via email within 7 days.

We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned goods provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.

If you qualified for free shipping or a discount on your order then we reserve the right to deduct the original cost of shipping from your refund.

Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.

Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from us, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.

If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.

Our warehouse cannot accept packages with postage due. Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package.

Fulfillment Processing

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. Upon issuing a refund this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 14 business days to apply your credit. My refund has not been processed yet?

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Upon issuing a refund, this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 14 business days to apply your credit.
